: Windows Defender has likely quarantined the executable or database file. Check your Windows Protection History, restore the file, and double-check that the C:\Renolink folder is properly added to your antivirus exclusions list. Issue 3: Cannot Read Vehicle ECUs (No Communication)

Open Device Manager and verify your COM port number. Ensure no other diagnostic software (like VCDS or Delphi) is running in the background and occupying the same port.
