If the batch file fails, you can manually install the driver. Open (Right-click Start > Device Manager). Click View in the top menu and select Show hidden devices . Expand Non-Plug and Play Drivers . Look for OSFMount or AccessData . If you see it, right-click and select Uninstall . Restart your computer .
