The focus of the latest update to Oticon Genie 2 has been on creating easy access to the essential fitting tools that are most commonly used by hearing care professionals. Optimising the fitting flow and focusing on a comfortable and clean look and feel, we’ve made Oticon Genie 2 into a modern and familiar tool for hearing care professionals.

Fitting Software Resource Center

To ensure the best possible fitting experience in Oticon Genie 2, we recommend using Noahlink Wireless 2 for wireless hearing aids and HiPro 2 for wired hearing aid fittings.
Noahlink Wireless 2 works seamlessly with Oticon Genie 2 fitting software for easy fitting flexibility. This programmer can be used with hearing aids using the Velox S™ and Velox™ platform, and is used exclusively to program Sirius ™, Polaris R™ and Polaris™ platform hearing aids.*
Hearing aids released from 2021.1 and onwards can only be programmed using NoahLink Wireless.
*Except Oticon Own™ hearing aids without 2.4 GHz Bluetooth®
If you need support, please contact your local Oticon representative. We can help you remotely using TeamViewer, where an Oticon specialist will guide you through Oticon Genie 2.
The TeamViewer tool gives your Oticon support representative a live view of your screen. Then we can help you solve your problem, or you can give us access to your computer and let us do the work.
Oticon Firmware Updater allows you to perform on-the-spot firmware updates to Oticon hearing aids and accessories.
Get convenient access to the latest platform features and performance improvements with no need to send hearing aids and connectivity accessories for service.
For hearing aids with wireless capabilities from Oticon More and onwards, only NoahLink Wireless can be used for updating firmware.
IMPORTANT
Make sure you have the latest version of Oticon Genie 2 software installed on your computer.
When you receive new hearing aids, they may have a new firmware version that is not compatible with older Oticon Genie 2 installations.
