This study employed a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods. A survey was conducted among 500 youths aged 18-25 to gather quantitative data on their social media usage patterns and the types of content they consume. Additionally, in-depth interviews with 50 participants were conducted to gain qualitative insights into their experiences and perceptions of social media content.

Pirating exclusive media deprives independent creators of their livelihood. Unlike major studio productions, independent webcam models bear all the costs of production, marketing, and platform fees.
