Go to -> Update Firmware -> Upload Custom Firmware and select the .hex file. Screen Update (Caution):

Use a terminal interface like or Cura's built-in monitor command line. Go to -> Update Firmware -> Upload Custom
Connect to the printer via a terminal tool like Pronterface or the Cura Monitor panel. Send the command M502 to restore factory defaults. Send the command M500 to save these defaults to the EEPROM. Re-Leveling the Bed re-flash the .hex file again
