The term "Repack" was the siren song of the legacy radio world. It usually meant a hobbyist had stripped away the bloated installers, bypassed the need for archaic serial-port hardware (the "RIB" or Radio Interface Box), and made it compatible with modern versions of Windows.
Assign Tx/Rx frequencies, PL/DPL tones, and channel spacing (12.5/25 kHz).
