A symbolic link is a "virtual" folder that points to another location. You can move your Documents\4A Games\Metro Last Light folder to a shared Dropbox folder, and then create a symbolic link at the original location that points to the new one. The game will continue to write to the original path, but the files will actually be saved to Dropbox.
